As a complement to your subscription you will be automatically enrolled in our web portal VATLaws.com that will be updated frequently to reflect the up-to-date changes in the law until your next update CD arrives. VATLaws (formerly STC OnLine) Data: VATLaws (formerly STC OnLine) contains Headnotes, Catchwords, Judgment of High Court/Supreme Court decisions, besides, Acts, Rules, Circulars, Notifications, Schedules, and Citations.

VATLaws (formerly STC OnLine) Features: You can zero-in on the appropriate cases by using our various search options such as Group wise, Subject-wise, Words and Phrase, Reference-wise, Judge-wise etc or by referring to a particular case either by its name or by its page/volume. Print-outs can be taken in the style and font of your choice.

Add-on Modules: The add-on modules are available at additional cost on the basic license cost of VATLaws (formerly STC OnLine). The add-on modules are -

• 1 Tribunal Decisions: Tribunal decisions are available since 1999 for the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Punjab & Haryana. The cost for the Tribunal module is Rs.1,260 per year.
• 2 Rate Finder: This module allows you to instantly find the tax rate and point of levy of any item in any or all States of India. It also includes an option to view the matching notifications for the item to give you up-to-date rate information. You can also instantly calculate the price of an item including tax. The cost for the Rate Finder module is Rs.1,260 per year.
• 3 Forms: Forms of various states can be filled in on-screen and printed for a crisp output the way you see on screen. Your entries are validated and calculations are automatically carried out. The cost for the Forms module is Rs.2,520 per year.

Renewal: Subscribe to VATLaws (formerly STC OnLine) and receive CD updates three times a year (April, August and December). Each updated CD not only represents data upgrades but also enhanced software features.
